The Crossbridge Referral Program rewards anyone who introduces a new client company to Crossbridge. When that company becomes a Crossbridge client and their first hire completes 90 consecutive days of active placement, the referrer receives a cash reward.
Anyone can participate, including current clients, partners, employees, and friends of Crossbridge. You don’t need to be under contract with Crossbridge to refer a company and earn a reward.
A referral qualifies when:
• You introduce Crossbridge to a company that is not already a Crossbridge client and has not been previously introduced to Crossbridge;
• You are the documented first person to make that introduction; and
• The referred company goes on to make its first hire through Crossbridge.
Crossbridge determines whether an introduction is new based on its own client and CRM records at the time the referral is submitted.
Referrers earn $2,000 USD per referred company, paid once, regardless of how many roles that company later fills through Crossbridge.
The reward is paid after both of the following are true:
• The referred company’s first hire is confirmed; and
• That hire has completed 90 consecutive days in active placement with the client.
If the placement ends, is paused, or otherwise doesn’t reach 90 consecutive days, the reward is not payable for that hire. If the company later completes a different qualifying first hire that does reach 90 consecutive days, the referral remains valid and the reward becomes payable at that point.
This is a one-time payment per referred company, not per hire and not per role. Referring the same company more than once, or referring multiple contacts at the same company, does not create additional rewards.
There’s no limit to how many different companies you can refer. Each new, qualifying company you introduce is eligible for its own $2,000 reward.
To be credited, submit the referral by email or through the Crossbridge referral form and include:
• Company name
• Decision maker or hiring lead’s name (and contact info, if available)
• Role(s) the company is hiring for and rough timeline
• Any relevant context (budget, urgency, how you know them)
Referrals submitted with incomplete information may take longer to verify or may not be creditable until the missing details are provided.
Crossbridge credits the referral to the person or entity it determines, in good faith and based on its own records, to be the first documented introducer of the company. If more than one person submits a referral for the same company, Crossbridge’s records determine attribution, and its decision is final.
The following are not eligible for a reward:
• Referring your own company, or a company you own, manage, or are employed by in a hiring-decision capacity
• Referring a company that is already a Crossbridge client or that Crossbridge has worked with in the prior 18 months
• Self-referrals submitted on behalf of a company after Crossbridge has already independently engaged with that company
Referral rewards are paid as-is. Referrers are responsible for any taxes owed on the reward in their jurisdiction. Crossbridge may request tax information (such as a W-9) before issuing payment where required by law.
Crossbridge may update, pause, or end this program, or change the reward amount or terms, at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect referrals already submitted and verified before the change takes effect.
