HR/SDC Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and updating the company’s records and information in Successbridge
  • Create, send, follow up, update documents, for Onboarding process, Offboarding process, Job assignments salary adjustments, letters expedition and current collaborators information.
  • Crafting and sending HR emails.
  • Health Insurance – Roll and unroll collaborators – Provide information to our adviser
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Contact collaborators & admin staff when its needed.
  • All Hand Meeting Monthly presentations
  • Create Birthdays and Farewell ecards for Admin Staff
  • Create the needed Reports
  • Quoting assistance
  • Assist sporadically SDC department by contacting and scheduling meetings with candidates
  • Contact candidates with updates about each process.
  • Request profile pictures to each candidate if they didn’t provide any since the beginning of the process.
  • Edit client final resume taking out all candidate contact information from it.
  • Upload profile pictures and client final resume to SB.
  • Contact candidates when any process is over and send the profiles to Needs Review.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in any administrative role (human resource or staff assistant) 
  • Proficient in relevant office software and database systems (MS suite and Google Drive documents)
  • Teamwork skills.
  • B2 Intermediate English Skills (Enough to understand communication with the American Team).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational ( time management)
  • Excellent self-driven and reporting skills.
  • Very detail-oriented 
  • Excellent and flexible attitude
  • Open to learning new activities about other areas
