Qualifications for salesforce technical lead

  • 5+ years of experience developing in Salesforce environments, 10+ years of experience preferred
  • Solution Assessment & Validation – The ability to understand and assess proposed solutions in order to determine how closely they meet requirements and if they will deliver the desired business outcomes.
  • Solution Construction – Ability to select desired options to make a
  • commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, applications, or IT
  • systems function to user specifications
  • 3+ years of experience (5 years preferred) in a hands-on technical leadership position.
  • Current Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent consulting experience

Responsibilities for salesforce technical lead

 

  • Retain and develop staff and subcontractors to create a highly capable team across all technical aspects of client-oriented work and timezones
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds utilization goals set forth by the client
  • Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration
  • Design Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within client’s environment
  • Develop best practices and ensure quality control is adhered to by technical team
